Voucher Terms & Conditions
Valid for 6 months from date of purchase. Cannot be redeemed after expiry date. Prior vet consultation may be required. Only one voucher can be used per booking. Cannot be used in conjunction with promotional codes. Services must be pre-booked. Only redeemable against what is stated on voucher. Non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash and non-refundable. In-person consultations are location dependent. I am based in Monmouthshire.
Wall Art Terms & Conditions
Any quotes will be valid for a period of 14 days. A quote is complete and includes shipping. Commissions –we will agree a price for a commission, based on your requirements. A 'Final Approval' email will be sent, which you will have to sign and send back, upon my receipt of this further change requests by you, the buyer, do not need to be upheld by me, the artist. Full payment, including shipping, is due along with 'Final Approval' email to proceed. Once you approve an image then you are not able to cancel a Commission. Returns not accepted on commissioned pieces.
